Loading took an extremely long time. Appointment time was 1300 to 1600. Finally loaded and leaving dock at 2100. Arrived early at 0700, Just in case they might be able to load me earlier. Had to move to second dock to finish the loading. Really tight backing.The upside is the employees were all super friendly and helpful. They were extremely apologetic about the amount of time it took. The employees are not happy about the long days either. Told to me by two of them. I'd come back due to the fact the employees are so friendly.

Once you get to the dock the load is pretty quick. a little tight getting in and out of the area. And you have to wait at a different location. The woman at the counter is pretty rude and doesn't seem to know what she's doing.

I have had the pleasure of personally working hand and hand with Dave DiMercurio owner of Freight World storage facility. Since day one Dave has been honest, forth coming and professional. He has always followed through with his plans and has consistently accommodated me in any of my orders and the needs required of those orders. Never once has Dave complained or given any negative feedback, instead he’s constantly asking on ways he and his staff can improve to ensure that he and his team are always pushing out quality products. He is an outstanding leader and owner of his company and treats everyone with kindness and the utmost respect. Freight World can handle any volume of business, large or small and handles it with extreme professionalism and precision. Freight World will always be my top choice for storage facilities in the greater Saint Louis area.

The people at Freight World have always went above and beyond to accommodate to our warehouse needs!! Which has been in some real time consuming critical matters we have a high speed production facility so times time is of the essence when needing things at our facility. Their organization and ability to have our stuff ready and sometimes even delivered straight to us has been so beneficial. Even at times when we have needed last minute pick ups or have needed to make weekend deliveries they have always worked with our company! Very professional establishment.

I have worked with FreightWorld for a few years now and they are on top of things! Orders always get pulled/shipped on-time and they are fast to react to our rush orders when we request them. Above all......... they are down to earth REAL people who value the customer. Unfortunately, you do not see a lot of this anymore in this service business. KEEP IT UP FREIGHTWORLD!!
