This location is awful even by Goodwill standards. Store is depressing and filled with sad employees. Shoes are WAY overpriced.

What a dump! Easily the worst Goodwill in the St. Louis area. Managers are incredibly RUDE with zero people skills. Shelves are mostly bare (what little product they have is overpriced junk). AVOID this location if at all possible.

Very unprofessional Management they behave childish and they suspend their employees based off lies and false accusations I will not be working at goodwill again, and I suggest if you are considering a job at goodwill do not seek employment with goodwill it is a horrible place to work for and the pay is meager and the little punk that works there named Fernando is a little whiny punk and the managers already have their favorite employees picked out so I suggest you do not work here it is full of adult women who behave like children and a whine bag punk named Fernando and also Monica is very unprofessional and rude to new employees so if you are a male I suggest you do not work here as the women here clearly hate men so yeah that's about it

Love goodwill. Cashier Ebba is the best. Fast, friendly, knows her job. Takes the time to help you if needed.

The prices have gotten absolutely ridiculous.. they had dollar tree items that were used and they were priced over $3.00! I understand prices have gone up everywhere but the stuff you sell are donated not bought!

Was in there last Friday...Not at all impressed with the customer service the younger guy had to offer, he definitely clearly hates the fact that he has to be there, which I understand, but he's in customer service; it's a basic requirement to be friendly; soo...ahem. one wording as responses in a monotone, blank expression to match, kinda unacceptable... Maybe go for a factory job, bud?BUT; The older woman, reddish brown hair? #blessherheart. She made not only I, but various others feel as if we were shopping at a friend's or something. Had many enjoyable short-lived talks while there and she was a treat to encounter. Now she's one helluva worker, never stopped moving and restocking items, while everyone else, extremely younger too, stood around chatting with another behind the registers...Goodwill? You'd be silly not to acknowledge her hard work and reward it. She was from my trip experience? The only worker ya had that day and the only friendly one too at the location.

Their prices are getting ridiculous. $4.83 for a pair of shorts or top with no sleeves. I know you can get a new tank top or sleeveless shirt for not much more than that.

I am one of those “in several times a week” shoppers at ALL the area goodwills. Seriously, you know us when you see us come in… and I’ll be honest, I have NOTHING good to say about the Festus location, and the Arnold location has the rudest employees I have ever come across- but the staff at THIS goodwill is hands down THE BEST group of folks in the area, HANDS DOWN. They are polite, they are engaging, and they are helpful. The store is great. The prices are still fair- but the employees here go above and beyond when they recognize my autistic son who comes in. It has not gone unnoticed.THANK YOU!

Horrible encounter with man at donation drop off!Never in my life have I been treated so poorly and unprompted by an employee. As someone who’s worked customer service— there is NO reason to ever treat a customer that way. Especially on items that are free.He shamed me and chastised me for not putting my things in bags and boxes before bringing them. Some items were too big and they usually go in a bin when they get there so I was unaware of this rule. So he could have left it at “Hey, next time if you don’t mind__”Instead he continued on and on about it and when another customer pulled up to drop off, thanked him and put emphasis on the fact it was in a box and it’s so helpful. Then made a comment to him about how I will be there forever, when I was literally done and maybe at THE MOST had been there 2 minutes. I could say word for word everything he said but he was horrible. It’s sad because the lady there that helped me had always been so friendly and so I kept going there for drop offs— she had never mentioned that rule before so I simply didn’t know. There is a fine line between educating and shaming. That was terrible.Considering this year alone I’ve donated 10 times at least and just because of this I will be finding another place. Ridiculous

What a joke..I asked if I could try on cloths and the girl with the bullring in her nose who looked like something that crawled out of a dumpster was rude . She replied"The dressing rooms are closed due to COVID last year. So I said COVID is over. Obviously she is one of those " Woke" people. Rip off over priced freaky looking employees.None of these people dress appropriately too. First time in there and last time.

Store is clean and clerks are kind but shelves seem pretty bare of items and stocked with new stuff from China. Enjoy going through repurposed items and searching for treasures .

I like going to Goodwill! Always something new to look at! Everyone especially loves when they bring their 3 tier cart out with new items. First come! First to get the goodies!

The owner's response to prices going up is ridiculous! You literally flip free things for profits. If you are somehow losing money that's an internal problem that needs to be addressed.
