Always a good experience with Vicki!
Stylist: Vickie is hands down the BEST stylist at the Fenton location. Many of the other stylists stand idol while patrons wait their turn for Vicki! Whatever you are paying her- isn’t enough!

This is the worst hair cut i I have ever had if I could sue them I would. I am in hate with my life because of what that horrible human has done to my head. There is not enough hair to make it right. How can you take some one that is obviously nervous about a change and instead of 3-4 inches below my chin go 4 inches above my chin!!! And it is so short it can’t be fixed I’m going to have to have all my hair cut off I’m devastated do not go in there and if you have to do not use the bigger girl with tattoos ever, cause she did this to my head

There are some really good stylists and they keep notes on how you like your hair cut.Yoi can get a good haircut at a good price. However, there are inconsistencies between stylists. Some are better at interpretting what you want than others, even with notes. If you find a stylist you like, you can request them, but they don't take appointments.

I will admit, my husband is very picky. Only person who cuts his hair perfect every time is Jessica. People are constantly complimenting his hair.
I receive compliments all the time on my haircut.
Jessica knows what works or doesn't work for us. Always friendly. We don't mind waiting for her.

I’ve been a happy customer here for the past 5 years, but 2 of my last 3 haircuts have been complete hack jobs. It’s a shame how inconsistent their “talent” level has become. I will not be making the same mistake a third time. Very frustrating.

Best haircut I've had in ages. The wait was practically nothing - they called me back almost as soon as I sat down. My stylist listened, understood, and gave me exactly the cut I wanted. Will absolutely return when my hair gets long!
