I always get my six month hair cut. The ladies always give good hair cut if you are a usual regular customer. I am a regular customer with my family.

The people here were really helpful.I had a great experience.The fade was cheap and really good If you're ask me , you can check in online and go to starbucks and have a drink and a sandwich while you're waiting the message you've via text message when your appointment is ready and then you can walk right over decent working

On April 6th my daughter came to get a haircut lady insulted her why can't you comb your hair does your mom help you my daughter is handicapped she has dystonia she's had brain surgery she has seizures two or three times a day she's had multiple surgeries on her arm she can't move her arm she can barely lift her left leg play insulted her and put her down ask her how can you even work if you can't comb your hair this lady's name is Kim she has short blonde hair and I wish they do a drug test on her and I will leave it at that

Caution, I just looked at my bank receipt and I was charged two different amounts for the same day. I tried to call the store and nobody answers. I left a message. I’ll see if they reply back to me.

My sons just had a hair cuts here. His hair is not completely cut! There are long spots that were missed. They are always in a hurry! I mean I get it it’s company policy but still we pay a lot for hair cuts to not have them done correctly!

I had a coupon for a free haircut…I think I paid too much.
#2 on back and sides - blend up. Pretty straight forward right? So ya missed a spot, no big deal right? I got clippers and I can tidy up that spot with a #2…Aaaaaand now I have a patch on the side of my head; apparently a #2 was not used.
And for the most part haircuts are generally supposed to be symmetrical right? So how do I have the beginnings of a mullet on the right side of my neck? Was it to compensate for the clump of hair on the left side behind my ear that was completely missed and sticking straight out?
And yes great idea, we should bring the sideburns up just a bit…or leave one longer than the other, that makes more sense and it does go with the overall theme of my free haircut.
Which that part was like…
Me: I have a coupon, it says valid at participating stores. Are you a participating store?
Her: well what stores is it valid at?
Me: *blinks*….participating stores?
Her: Well I guess we can try it
She enters the code, they are a participating store, free haircut secured.
Her: “wow…that’s a free haircut. Well alright then” visibly pissed off that the machine closed out the transaction completely bypassing the “add a tip” function. “Thanks” she grumbles. (And I get it; I’d be pissed too, but I’d never show my hand in front of a customer)
So I buy a product I already have enough of, that way I can select the $7 tip option.
And so now what do you do when you have a patch on the side of your head from a #2 clipper because a #2 clipper was not selected as requested and you have a job interview in the morning?Go back and make them fix it? It’s already a hack job, no need to mutilate a corpse. Or go to Sports Clips across the street and pay them to fix it? Regardless I’ve now exceeded the time allotted for haircuts this month
