AMAZING! Everyone was very nice and helpful. They got us in very quickly especially for being new patients. They took amazing care of our bunnies! I highly recommend especially if you have Rabbits. ❤️

We have two Chihuahuas we take there often and receive very knowledgeable advice and courteous treatment. Still outstanding!! Another wonderful visit today 09/02/2022 and as always great people and wonderful care!!!

I love Hope! My bunny had bad GI Stasis on Saturday and had to go to the emergency vet because Hope was closed. Hope called today to check and see how she was doing after they heard she was sick. That was very thoughtful!

I had been bringing my chinchilla in for a year because he was having issues with his eye. Each time, she took a quick look and prescribed a medication. Never told me what she thought could be wrong or anything. Finally, after trying three medications for his eye, she decided to finally do an x-ray and realized the problem was his teeth and suggested they be extracted. She then told me that she doesn't normally do teeth extractions on chinchillas, and would be sending the x-rays out to a vet school in Illinois so they can look at them and get an estimate. Once that was done, she or one of her receptionists would call me. I never got a call. Finally, I called them to ask about it, and they said "we'll email you tomorrow". Never got an email. He passed away yesterday. So thanks for nothing. Never coming here again and I think her exotic vet certification needs to be reviewed.

Couldn’t even actually go to my appointment with the experience of how rude the receptionist is. My appointment was set at 9:20 am on Monday. I made it on Friday. During the weekend, I realized I needed to reschedule and I called and was left to answering machine but I understood because they weren’t open. I called right away at 8 am Monday because that’s when they opened and she said I would lose the deposit. I read their policy and I understood this seemed like last minute but I said I had made the appointment over the weekend and before I could explain more, she cuts me off as says “No you didn't No you didn’t, were not open on the weekends”. I was taken back a bit because then what I said was a honest mistake. I work from Tuesday through Saturday, so trying to speak in that moment I just said Saturday instead of Friday. So then I clarified okay sorry I meant Friday then , and she continues to go on saying “but we have an answering machine we have an answering machine”. Because I was explaining okay your right about it not being open and that I called and it went to voicemail and I called right away at 8 am when you open Monday because I know how close my appointment is. But not even fully explaining myself yet , she just kept interrupting and saying “well we have the answering machine we would of got to it we have the answering machine” repeatedly. At this point I couldn't even talk because I could not believe how she was just talking to me like that. Never letting me finish a sentence and just repeating herself like she was annoyed I called. So when she asked well are you going to cancel I said well I was just wanting to see if I could reschedule but I will cancel then. Maybe her rudeness was a blessing because looking at the reviews it seems even though they treat rabbits the reviews aren’t great and they also say how rude the receptionist is.

We bring our pet bunny here and they really know how to handle a bunny. Our bunn got vaccinated here, examined, and they trimmed his nails but you have to request the nail trim.

New to fenton and had a pet euthanized at Hope although I appreciate it the one thing that bothered me came a couple weeks later.Let's back up to the last pet I had euthanized at a different vet. They sent me a hand written card & envelope with my pets paw print which I've cherished for years.I also received a hand written letter from Hope and automatically thought it was something similar. To my dismay they sent an ad and a coupon. Kinda taken back in comparison. Can't go back now.

They did get me in on short notice but I feel they are pricey. I was charged almost $100 for trimming a hamsters teeth. They staff was super kind though!

The receptionist was nonchalant when I called with an emergent situation. I explained that my rabbit was extremely lethargic. I was ignorant to the signs of shock in a rabbit. I now know that there were steps that I could have taken that may have saved her. At no point did the receptionist ask clarifying questions or provide any suggestions until she could be seen. Unfortunately, we had to call back to cancel the appointment because our rabbit passed about 50 minutes before. That same receptionist answered and was just as nonchalant as before. If we get another rabbit I will find a Vet with more sense and compassion.

Exceptionally wonderful and quick staff. Dr. B and Katie were amazing and efficient with my bunnies. Very reasonable pricing as well! Thank you to everyone that works here.

Dropped our rabbit during the exam process. Did not bother to explain findings of physical exam, felt like DVM was rushing to get it done. Would not recommend unless giving your rabbit PTSD sounds like a good time.
