The idiot in charge, Chris. He has no common sense at all. He lets his personal life interfer with his business. My interaction with him let me know this guy is someone with zero business sense. My advice is to REPLACE HIM or demote him.

The older woman at the front was very unprofessional and acted like there was no time to do business. Expect to be rushed out the door or hung up on. If you don't have time for business then what are you doing?
