“I had a problem with an item I purchased at the shanty. It only cost 18$ so I did not expect them to be able to return or exchange a small item like the one I bought. I talked to Jesse on the phone and dealt with Brenda in the store and they were more than helpful. They Determined that it may have been a defective product and they exchanged the item that I bought for no cost. I guarantee there is no other store around that would have done this for me. In the past $18 wouldn’t have mattered to me I probably wouldn’t have even called, but I recently had a child and money is tighter than ever LOL. “The store is really clean and well stocked. But I have to say over all the girls that worked at night is really awesome. I'm from TN. I was up visiting my best friend for a couple was and they didn't have my kinda cigarettes and she ordered me a carton so I would have my kind on my mini vacation. Over all the people store and all are really awesome. And the prices are awesome. Best price in town.”
