Quick oil change and friendly staff. They didn’t try to sell me items or services I didn’t need. They honored coupon that didn’t come up in the system (replaced it with an existing one of the same value). That’s how to get a return customer.

Last time I took my car to get an oil change I came with my boyfriend because I’m always afraid of people trying to sell me things I don’t need/take advantage of me, but they were great and honored a coupon that wasn’t even for Jiffy Lube because I got it mixed up. Then yesterday I went back on my own and they could not have been more helpful and sweet, and I got $15 off!! They got me in and out in 15 minutes:)
