Had my car towed to Jumpers from where the transmission stopped working. They troubleshot the problem, gave me a fair and reasonable quote for the repair. Been using them since 2000. Dave is the straightest shooter in the biz!

I'm reluctant to even give one star! This is the worst shop around! I made an appointment to have my not working AC repaired, but when I showed up the secretary went out to get the mileage and couldn't figure out how to!!! Then she asked if my car was tuned or modified and I said yes, and she hands back my keys and says he won't touch it!! Said that's his policy!!':( they screwed me hard years ago on an s10 head gasket by not replacing the head gasket but by using stop leak! So this guy is THE worst kind of corner cutting schiester!!!!:(

I am a repeat customer here because of the way that they maintain my vehicle and keep me in the loop on what needs to be done to my vehicle. They know that I am able to do much of my maintenance but I leave the big stuff to them. I am very happy knowing that repairs will be done correctly and add a fair price. Also, they do not gouge you on unnecessary work. I recommend them to everyone I know.

Our friends recommend that we bring our truck in to have the transmission looked at due to not shifting correctly. You quickly found the problem and got the part needed to fix the problem. Another repair shop would have probably just replaced the transmission. Your honesty and integrity are refreshing and so appreciated. Steve is wonderful to work with. Great experience all around.
