I had to rent a ditch witch mini loader for a small job I did recently. Jeremy was very helpful and they have a quick process to get you in and out without wasting time.

I was in the market for a trailer and with my research was looking for a Doolittle Trailer. I was extremely happy to find out K&K Supply was a newer distributor for Doolittle as they were 5 min from my work. I reached out through their website and received a prompt reply the next day from Joe B. I was extremely happy how fast the reply was. Joe answered MANY questions I had to narrow down the trailer I wanted. Joe was able to locate the trailer I agreed on and kept me in the loop throughout the delivery process. Communication is key and was awesome from Joe. I went into K&K to pick up the trailer and met up with Sam as Joe was held up for a bit and Sam was just as helpful. As they were showing me my trailer Guy put all my paperwork together quickly and I was out the door watching them load my trailer in 20 min. Nice! Guy explained everything to me as far as my paperwork and how they will handle all my warranty needs, which I hope I won’t need but was nice to know. Thank you Joe B. & Guy for a pleasant transaction at K&K Supply.

Great supplier to partner with! Easy to get price quotes. Responsive customer service to order and get same day or next day delivery as needed. Delivery drivers on time with correct orders. They are happy to help with last minute requests as well.

K&K Supply was incredibly helpful and accommodating. It's nearly impossible to be in the store and not be offered help by several different employees. K&K fulfilled a unique, large task for school security purposes for free! This task would have otherwise been very difficult.

Staff was courteous and had exactly what we were looking for we're in and out of there in no time.....inside they have a really nice showroom full of all the name brand tools you could be looking for. Not to mention apparel and safety equipment. K&K has pretty much got everything you need to get your job done faster and safer......have a safe day

They make you put a deposit down with a credit card for 3 times the amount of your rental. The staff also messed up our rental order twice and ended up wasting a lot of time for us because they loaded the wrong equipment the first time and then had to remove and reload the correct equipment which took over an hour. The loaders were very nice.

I highly recommend K&K. The customer service here cannot be beat!!!. In our world, poor customer service is everywhere except here. K&k goes above and beyond with customer service. I had an issue with my machine and they made it right with ease. Rodney is an asset to this company. They take care of their customers for sure!!

Always have what you need. Counter guys are great. You will pay more than anywhere else but they are mostly company account type of sales/service.
