This is the first time I have used this company. The lady at the Fenton location by wallas gas station. Was so nice patient understanding and informative with the process. She deserves a raise and recognition for her outstanding customer service. Will definitely be back ti this location and continue services as needed.

Andria was friendly, polite and very knowledgable. She gave me a tour of several available spaces so that I could get an idea of size vs. space. She also answered all my questions, regarding cost, availability, storage and insurance.

If I could give zero stars I would. We were never given the code we needed in order to access our unit. Sat in the lot for an hour with our vehicles loaded on a Sunday. The emergency service couldn’t get a response from the store manager or district manager so we had to leave with all of our stuff. Finally spoke with someone on Tuesday. Got a text on Friday that the store manager was going to move us out of the unit due to me calling the number on Google and speaking to her employee at the facility instead of speaking with her directly. Huge attitude horrific customer service.
