The 5 stars are for Phil in Windows & Doors at the Fenton, Mo store. Phil helped my wife & I today with several items (spent $555.00) in multiple departments none of which were Windows & Doors. I know he saved us at least an hour if not more time in the store. If Lowes had him training they would have more 'on the ball' employees. Home Depot & Menards would be wise to hire him away and put him in charge. Thanks Phil!

Really have a bad experience with this store. Order 2 pack ego battery and their web page said available for pick went to pick it up not available and I need it Thursday and they said it will be arriving Thursday so ha it might be OK I say but guess what went to check out Thursday and again the games they are playing now they said Friday, now I have house blessing and needed the batteries well thank you lowes for making my day a living hell

I stopped in Lowes Fenton last night to pick up some plywood. As I am no expert in lumber, I humbled myself and swallowed my pride , then asked the young employee, Jacob, for some help. I clearly described what I needed the plywood for and he walked me through every available option and discussed the pros and cons of each. Once he came to his final recommendation, we grabbed three sheets and went back to cut them down. His customer service was outstanding, but his knowledge and professionalism far exceeded my expectations of a typical hardware store associate. These guys are pros! Don't judge a book by its cover. Regardless of their looks or age, Lowes clearly hires employees and plants them in specific departments based on their knowledge of product. I was overly impressed. Kudos to a job well done.

This store should be proud to have such an amazing employee like "K." She helped me with my window screens because as I was on a budget. She cared and really showed her expertise on answering my questions and concerns. It wasn't just a job to her. She helped me from a customers point of view and not of a sales.
Ask for "K" down at windows and doors. She is amazing!
Lowes in Fenton is lucky to have such a valuable employee.
