Horrible experience!!! Movers beware! Terrible communication, moving boxes repackaged for wrong places in the house! All wardrobe boxes collapsed, broken furniture, stained unfixable sectional and NO COMMUNICATION to resolve their issues!!! Do not buy the extra insurance! Doesn’t matter no one helps you! Go elsewhere

Do not use, period. They send everything out to local groups, and do not stand behind anything.
Move was way late, and items arrived damaged. Horrible customer service, and impossible to deal with. Avoid at all costs

Multiple things missing after the move, including whole boxes and the moving crew stole all of my tools. Furniture pieces broken. Tried to contact the company to make an insurance claim and never received any response. AVOID.
