I had to go here to pick up my UPS package. Outside of the front door notice that they accept UPS Packages. There was no clear indication of where to actually pick up the package. Simple solution, Put a sign when you first walk in “UPS Pick up/drop off’s, please speak to a cashier up front”. Clear concise direction.
Additionally the employees were unable to even find the package for sometime. Whatever person in leadership within Michael’s reviews this. Rather than seeing this as a complaint, see it as a strategic opportunity to grow and take the constructive feedback and change your process.
To be clear, I do not fault the employees. I fault the leadership within the store and the store structure.
Because of the entire confusion of the situation. I had intended to buy some art supplies while I was there, which I would imagine is why this business decided to be a UPS partner location. To drive organic business in. The lack of having a solid efficient process made me just order my art supplies on Amazon while waiting for my package (which was delivered) to be found. Why am I going to give a company my money if they’re this disorganized with a UPS package?
So final outcome.
- Package received (after much delay)
- Art supplies ordered from competitor (lost business)
- Bad Customer Experience (will never select this UPS hub again, loss of future revenue).

This location is one of my very favorite stores to shop. There's always good sales. They just introduce self-checkouts, and that is very helpful for the lines to check out and leave.

After seeing this display, you didn't get any of my money or ever will again. You choose the wrong side. If you're reading this review, it's your responsibility to put these evil companies out of business. Make and keep a list and stop patronizing stores that support things you don't support.

Michael's used to be the absolute go-to for seasonal decor. This place was the jam...now, the exact opposite. Still pop in to see, but sadly still nope.

They got rid of a lot of the yarn and all of the baby yarn so they can start adding fabrics. Confusing and aggravating because this is where I’ve always gone for yarn and I prefer baby yarns. Most people who sew already know Micheal’s had no fabrics and probably go to Joann’s anyway… Please consider bringing back your yarn inventory.

Waited till after they check out the person they were helping to tell me to use the self check-out. I do that for my job, I don't wanna do it on my day off. Thanks for making me pay you to do a job for ya
