I went to the store 4 times until I was sure which chair would work best with my specific needs of both sitting up straight for meditation and being fully reclined in zero gravity. Tara and Lisa were wonderfully resourceful with helping me brainstorm to reach the right decision. My experience was so positive also because they were personable and generous with their time. When you are struggling with a physical challenge this kind of shopping experience makes all the difference. Buying such an individually tailored product online would have ended up in something like too short of a backrest, or a seat without sufficient cushioning or not enough support. The possibilities are almost endless. So I am glad I took my time and patiently returned to the store to compare models and sit in the close contenders long enough to be able to choose the winner.”
“I got a Christmas gift picture framed here. The gentleman that helped me with my frame was super knowledgeable very polite and I actually enjoyed the experience. Framing pictures does not happen very often for me so I was very pleased that while I learned a few things I actually enjoyed the process. “'Been a customer for quite a while, and am never disappointed with the high level of service. These guys know what they're doing, and are easy to deal with.Only one issue (and it's not the store's fault) ... the Handicapped parking spots are not anywhere near the actual store fronts where they should be; and people with a disability have to walk (or "roll") all the way across the parking lot to get to the stores. I guess that the owner of this strip mall never heard of the ADA.”

“I placed an "order by 5pm and get today" order with $4.99 delivery charge.I wish they would have called me when they were out of one of my items, super high-yield printer ink. I would have asked them to substitute high yield. The ink was the only thing I was in a hurry for. I ordered two more things because American Express would have given me $15 back if I spent over $100, but I didn't reach that amount without the ink.I was initially glad to see a $10 coupon with my order, but then I noticed it had expired four days prior. They sent an expired coupon!My order included a card "Let us know how we did today" with a QR code. So, I typed up the above complaint. The QR code leads you to a site requiring a receipt code. I do not have a receipt code, just an order number.ONE STAR for this experience, but I'll rate it four stars because other experiences with the store have been fine.”
