Got my daughter a Betta fish July 1st for her birthday. He stopped eating two days ago and died today. I’ve never had a fish die that fast. My Bettas use to live for years at a time. Most of the bettas at this store looked in poor condition so we bought the one who looked in best shape and yet my 3 year old still got disappointed with a dead fish so soon

Well stocked, very clean, great selection, a pretty convenient location when in the Fenton area, easy checkout, and employees on the floor available to help. Excellent location!

Bought a water fountain for my cat. Two weeks later, they stopped carrying the filters.
Meanwhile, they still sell the fountain.

Went inside to look at fish. Since when is it acceptable to walk up to customers and tell them that they are closing and to leave the store imitiantly? Was approached by someone, I believe was a cashier and was told that they would be closing in ten minutes and that I needed to leave the store. Buddy, this is retail. You don't get to go home on time and I would appreciate it if you don't bother me when I am looking around. When I do visit Petco it usually is for odds and ends stuff that I cannot get on Amazon but this behavior makes me want to not want to shop at this locaiton again.

The customer service here was great! The cashier, brad, was very kind and patient, and was super helpful trying to figure out the Petco app and rewards. I will definitely be a returning customer!

I’m very disappointed with the service my husband and daughter just received. it’s absolutely astonishing to me that they were refused fish that CAN and WILL live with fish that we already have.. we have done extensive research on the animals we have , to get singled out is ridiculous. We have spent ALOT of money in this establishment, but I can confidently say, we will not be back.

Sara is amazing and so caring as she has been grooming my fur babies. I will not go anywhere else for this service. We love Sara and she does a fantastic job on Gizmo and Precious passed away back in January of this year.

They have lots to choose from whatever type of pet you have I do wish the employees were able to answer specific questions about the animals that they sell.
