DO NOT join this car wash monthly service if you work a 9-5. You can only cancel if a specific manager is working, who only works Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9-2p. It took 3 visits to cancel my membership. Fix this process. There's no reason for this issue to occur. Literally had to sign a piece of paper

Would give zero for straight degeneracy. Just pulled up at 1am to get some booze and we park right in the front for ease, and once we get back to the car, we see it, three grotesque rubbers that have been obviously violated. And man’s inside was worried about cleaning the floors, nah go outside and clean your dirty rubbers you left.

Worst night shift worker I’ve EVER seen. Very demanding and was very rude. I didn’t say anything but he rushed me the whole check-out and was very obnoxious.

Maybe the only gas station in America that doesn’t coffee every single morning at 6 AM. Told them three days in a row that the coffee machine was not working correctly five people in there no one can fix it. They all just stand around talking to each other.

The worst gas station in the area. Not only were the employees (the old man and manager) making jokes how women are stupid they refused my service because I had a $100 bill. The car wash never works and I have had a car wash operator tell me I needed to wait for him to finish his phone call before he would pull me into the car wash. This place is a joke

Thanks Petro Mart and Jim Butler Chevrolet for the Free Car Wash. It was better than the two for which I paid!!! Thank you soo much. I highly recommend this car wash even if you didn't get it free from Jim Butler Chevrolet. I was treated extraordinarily well as I had trouble inputting the password.

Normally I always get very good service. Me and my boyfriend went in to buy scratchers today. I asked the associate that was working named Rachel which ones were the best and we’re winning the most. She told me “you just need to be direct with me on what you want, I’m not in a very good mood”. Then when we were checking out I saw the total wasnt what I wanted it to be. Then she went on to say “you’re annoying me you should know your own total and what you got”. I have never been treated with so much disrespect in my life. This was on 10/21/21 10:23 pm at the gravois bluff blvd location

if i could give a negative star, i would. theres nothing good to say about this place, they literally serve bad gas. i pumped gas there the other day, and come to find out, it was water and my car broke down about 2 miles down the road, i had to get it towed and now my car doesn't run and is completely useless, and the employees are of absolutely no help whatsoever. do not waste a dime of your money at this station. you've been warned.

The assistant manager and her colleague were making fun/ talking bad about a customer who was paying in change. There is no reason to belittle or make fun of someone just because their wealth status or how they pay. I think as a manager there should be more professionalism. I am a former manager and would not allow this type of manor in my establishment.
