Amazing customer service! The staff at this Pottery Barn outlet in Fenton were extraordinary. I literally received some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. From Holly the GM, to Justin and Emily, to the whole team. Holly and the rest of the team at this PB could teach a seminar or a TED X class on customer service and we would all benefit from it. They were helpful, knowledgeable, patient, etc. Please give all the team members at this location a well earned pay raise!

I called ahead of our arrival and had the good fortune to talk to Emily. She immediately took ownership of my request. She is cognizant of the fact that one’s shopping experience can start on the phone. Emily is very personable. Krista, the manager is very hands on, we were impressed with her product knowledge. She went around and checked on her guests. Matt cheerfully wrapped up our chair that we purchased. He even loaded it into our vehicle. Emily, Krista and Matt were genuinely invested in our Pottery Barn shopping experience.

Prices were fair. We recently purchased a new home. we did our homework and went to the pottery barn store, looked online made a list & did the math and we purchased our items a couple weekends ago at the outlet. We saved $6,000.00 by purchasing from the outlet and furnished our living room/ dining room and study. I will definitely be going back soon for decor / rugs and a new chandelier for the formal dining room.

Pottery Barn Outlet is well organized, spacious and offers a decent selection of items to choose from, for instance: bar stools, now this was my favorite area because I have been looking for the perfect bar stools FOREVER. They offer a plethora of sizes to accommodate any size bar height you need. They also have several furniture sitting options, glassware, robes, mirrors, wicker, rugs and bedding. I was not impressed at all with the Pottery Barn Outlet. I found the furniture to be mostly uncomfortable and I love oversized pieces, that's all I purchase. What I did find to be reasonable were the bath robes that were 50% off, so they were priced at $50. There was a limited supply of glass ware and plates. I honestly expected more from the store. I can't say the employee were helpful because none of them were walking around to offer any type of assistance. They were all literally huddled at the checkout and a couple were eating McDonald's...... really???????? come on now......... And why are the prices overly, ridiculously expensive for an outlet?????All Sales are final......so review your purchases with a fine tooth comb. No, I definitely would not recommend.

It's dirty, unorganized, a fire hazard, service is crap, and the prices are still ridiculous. What outlet store sells a hundred visibly damaged pieces of furniture for over $1,500? They aren't even high quality items. This entire store makes no sense.

Disappointing! Merchandise is plentiful but prices are high. I shop at Pottery Barn and the prices at the outlet are nearly the same.

BUYER BEWARE! I purchased a piece of furniture here for $550. Came back the next day with my truck to pick it up and it was gone. They had sold it to someone else! They were apologetic, but they made excuses and to how/why it happened and didn't do anything to make it right. Very devastated because I really wanted and needed this piece of furniture for a new house. Very disappointed...

Waste of time. I used to live relatively close to this location and would pop in every couple of months and almost always make a purchase. I was disappointed when they stopped carrying William Sonoma items so stopped going in as often. Today I went in to see what they had in the way of living room furniture and island bar stools. Keep in mind this called an outlet store however 800 chairs and 400 bar stools per item are hardly what I would call outlet prices. Even after the 40% off that was on signs everywhere that's still very overpriced. Employees also more interested standing around talking. I will not be making the extra effort to go there in the future.

Didn't spend a whole lot of time in here because outlet is a little misleading. Everything is still overpriced. Unless you enjoy paying too much for decor because of the name recognition you can cross this off your list.

The point of an outlet is to be CHEAPER then the regular store. It was almost more expensive.
