Finally heading out for our first camping trip of the summer, better late than never, and found a bulging tire while stopped at Wallys. Purcell was right across the highway. They fit us in and got us back on the road. They saved the camping trip!

We got a nail in a tire while on our way home from a 15 hour car ride. Even though they were going to close in 30 min they said bring it in! They fixed us up quickly. Highly recommend!

*MUST READ* So I recently visited for the 20th time haha and it’s hands down still the best in town! The service was fantastic, and the staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful. Their prices are truly unbeatable. A special mention to Heather, the manager, who was absolutely amazing. Heather goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect, truly showcasing her professionalism and dedication. Her exceptional customer service and attention to detail truly made my experience outstanding. Not just for me I’ve seen her be this way every time with everyone. These guys were great in helping me get a tire fixed and back on a rim. Got me in right away and just took care of it in three minutes and I’ve been working on it for over two hours. Definitely appreciate them taking care of it and how they handled it so quickly.

Had a tire that needed patching. Called Purcell and they were able to get me in and fix it all in about 30 minutes time. Great service!

I feel $160 dollars for an alignment is a bit pricey but felt with the price, my car would be taken care of…. FALSE! Unfortunately, despite charging me at least 20 dollars more than most other competitors quoted me for!!! I believe my car left in no better shape than it was brought to them. I can definitely tell it was “aligned” because when I let go of the wheel the car now shoots to the complete other side of the road than it did before they did their work, not to mention now my steering wheel kinda leans alittle to the right when I’m traveling at high ways speeds attempting to go straight. Again for $160 I expected way better and I’m very very disappointed. The only positive thing I can say about my experience is this, I called in a pinch. I needed the alignment done that day and they made that possible for me. I just wish the quality of work was better.. I now fear I’m going to be forced to pay a different shop to give me a correct alignment…

Wonderful service, they’re already open at 7 am. Pleasant and polite staff, changed the tire on the trailer within 20-30 minutes. Very clean restroom, I recommend the centre to everyone.

I can't say enough good things about the guys at Purcell Tire. I had a last minute issue with my RV tire and they not only helped me take care of it in a short amount of time, they actually came out to a remote location and did a fantastic job of repairing the tire. Exceptional customer service and I'll be recommending them to anyone that is in need of their services.
