They have been great to work with. Everyone at the branch has always been friendly and helpful. You're still helped by real people here - even at the drive thru. You can call the branch directly and an actual person answers the phone. They were able to help us get a PPP loan approved quickly while most small businesses complained that the big banks were not helping them. It's great to feel like we have a personal relationship with our bank.

Online banking is better than this establishment. I've been with them for ten years and it feels like my money is behind bars. There website is constantly down whenever I need to check my balance, purchases with my checking account are constantly declined even though theres enough money, PayPal is incompatible with the bank, there workers rush you out when you need help, deposits get stuck in pending, they're just slow. They are structured like a late 90s bank. Go with someone else. Update as of 6/10/2020The bank stole $30 from me. I opened a account and made it clear that I did not want any overdraft coverage. I just want anything and everything to be declined instead of doing a $30 over draft fee. They ignored the verbal agreement and did it anyways. The refused to waive the fee. Lied by telling me n"a single bank has a such thing this is how banks make money" . I went to both Regions and U.S. Bank to set up a account. Both said that there's options like that exist. My only question. Why would they be willing to lose a customer over $30? I had a couple thousand in both my accounts. After this it's obvious they really don't have customers in there best interest. It's is 100% profit, stab in the back business. If there was no laws protecting banks I would easily get police involvement and have a police report and possibly lawsuit. They've done me lots of misdeeds and I've lost lots of money through them shorting me money, slapping me with fees on services I opted out of, and straight up losing money.
