CSR "Destiny" was not very customer-friendly upon calling; truly lacks a sense of humor. Apparently, you cannot set up autoship via their website. She didn't take kindly to my humor to "snap to it, this is the 21st century." Destiny was clear that she handled the autoship orders and this is the way she likes it. She remained silent when I suggested that web-based subscription capability would save her time. Anyway, after she informed me that they were out of stock, I went with another vendor we have dealt with - SimplyMedical.com - and at a much better price.

Great service and always prompt with delivery. There is one thing I would love to have available on their site. I would like a place to just put in the product number as I buy the same things all the time. It would make ordering simpler and much faster.Otherwise no complaints.

I use urinary catheter leg-bags. When my catheter is changed, I am often given a bag to replace the one I had been using. These replacement bags are not as good (at least for me) as the ones I buy for myself. Finding a dozen of them at a great price on Express Medical was awesome. Delivery was quicker than "on time," and the package arrived undamaged. Kudos! I use other medical equipment and, next time I'm in the market, I'll check with ExMed first.

I have been using Express Medical for 12 years now, after being diagnosed with colon/rectal cancer that left me with a permanent colostomy bag. Wonderful, quick service. They have discontinued a few products that I really like and the prices are getting pretty expensive BUT very happy with being a customer.
