I appreciate the consistent quality of services provided at this establishment. The stylists are always friendly and attentive to the specific needs of each client. Furthermore, I'm always pleased with the final results, as the haircuts consistently meet expectations. I'm thankful for a reliable place for haircuts that cater to both adults and children.

Was going to try and give this place a shot since I just recently started working in Fenton. I walked in and the lady seemed annoyed by me showing up. She greeted me in a low tone and told me it was a 45min to hour. I wouldn't have mind waiting but the atmosphere was completely off and unwelcoming. Neither of the two employees looked as if they wanted to be there. For as much as this place cost I would assume the customer service would be better but I guess I was wrong.

Got a cut and Tasha was locked in the whole time. Focused on the cut made meaningful recommendations to improve my cut. Very delightful I'll be back.

I don't know why they advertised walk-ins. Haven't been able to walk in since covid. I'm sorry but I don't want to have to use a website every time I want to get my haircut

Checked in at 10am đ on the dot, said my wait was 23 minutes. I drove in and my wait became 70 minutes. While waiting my wait said 5 minutes, now at 25 minutes. Was told sorry, nothing I can do about it.

The whole experience was great from start to finish. Calli gave me 5 star treatment. My hair is not easy to cut but she cut it like a pro and listened to what I wanted and gave ideas when I asked. It was a great environment as well.

Husband just left there to get his hair cut and yeah his face is probably hard to shape but he knows where he wants it cut. He said the lady could have been joking but I doubt it. He had to keep asking the girl to cut the front of his hair and she said okay but this is the last time. If it was a joke, it wasnât funny because she still got the cut wrong. If it wasnât a joke, please learn some human interaction mannerisms.

Iâve been cutting my own hair for about a year. Wasnât in the mood so I went in to let the âprofessionalsâ do it.
Never seen so many lines in a drop fade. Itâs more like a choppy modified Mohawk. Definitely wonât be back.
