Service was good. Employees were knowledgeable and friendly, even going so far as to go to another location to get the device we wanted. Let us leave in the middle of what we're we're doing so we could go run errands, and when we're got back they knew exactly who we were and finished our transaction easily and quickly. They were even accommodating to my wife who is very fat along in her pregnancy. As a person who has been in customer service for 25 years, I appreciate good customer service

Waited 30 minutes before someone greeted me! I was unable to pay my bill once again because their internet was down. they depend on third-party internet service instead of Their Own. It should tell you how much they believe in their own product this particular store doesn't have any restrooms or many seats for elderly people to sit down. In my opinion there customer service sucked if you're not looking to buy something new they are not willing to help!!

Went to upgrade and was told by the worker I could get a iPhone 7 for 7 dollars a month. Come to find out that was for new lines. I had to pay 280 dollars to get out of my flex lease. I am not happy at all with the experience at all.

They were awesome to work with. They spent several hours answering a million questions, and then we had to go back a few days later because we didnt fully understand everything and they helped us all over again, and made sure we left completely satisfied.

I would avoid this store. The treatment towards customers is terrible. They lie and cheat. And then when you try to get issues resolved, they stonewall you. Then when you finally can talk to someone in charge and reasonably explain your issues, they say "look I'm in charge of the conversation here" and hang up on you.

My sprint store closed. Drove to Fenton and they have me excellent speedy service. As long as my 5 stars are in this review we are happy with sprint and the Fenton store.
