The non published prices get you! Feel like I was taken advantage of. Went for a set, wanted short and French. Added extra fees for French, length and shape (just almond ). When I asked how they arrived at total it was a circus trying to figure out how they arrived at total. Just seemed shady. Will never go back. Much higher than other local places.

Went for a fill, and a LITTLE length removed., and the shape I wanted to keep. First few nails fine, the rest way too short. They don't match. Asked several times to reshape, still totally NOT what I wanted.

One of the few salons that does cat eye in Fenton! Love this fresh take on a French manicure. I’m sure it would look really pretty on some pink or nude nails also!!

The first few times I went here they did a really good job, but the last two times I’ve walked in to get acrylics, the set they put on ended up being crooked, jagged, thick acrylic, with uneven polish application that I paid $60 (plus tip) only to go home and have to refile and correct my own nails which is frustrating. Sadly, because of that I probably won’t be back. I only give them three stars because the staff is friendly.

I have been a loyal long time customer. I had previously scheduled this appointment days in advance. The store opened 10 minutes late. Then my appointment had not started for over 30 minutes. This was with no explanation while others walked in for their appointment much later than me. Awful Experience. Hope it is a “one time thing”

I have been here a bit and I love my nails every single time. This past time I went it for my birthday nails and I wasn’t all that happy with them. I waited 10 minutes to even get my nails done while staff was sitting there talking and not doing anything. We got there as soon as they opened and I waited at least 20 minutes until someone came to do my nails. Will not be going back.

the whole time was super rushed nails are not at all what i asked for the lady nicked me on almost every cuticle these are not stilleto like i asked and they are way shorter than i asked cause the lady slipped her scissors
down even tho i told her to stop n she said okay but still cut them super short ! hell i could get 10 dollar pressons that look better than this mess!!! ugh 56 bucks for what???
