This long overdue ( 11-12 days ) review is for the excellent work Jackie provided for my Dad & I . She was the best person we have ever met and been helped by from wireless retail stores . First of all she very patiently stayed after the store closed and worked all the way for 3 + additional hours . We each ported our numbers along with activating new devices . Within the time she provided kind and super awesome customer service ( including during the moments my Dad & I were having some personal spats arguing with each other ) .Also her family were very nice and really pleasant as well . They on their personal waited for their Wife and Mom to help us .We came there in the late evening and this was near before Halloween . Jackie made the store really fun and had some of the coolest decorations I've ever experienced in wireless retail stores . If I owned this store I'd be so lucky to have her working .

My husband and I came in angry and frustrated with our phones. We were helped right away by Zach. He. Was. AWESOME! Very friendly and knowledgeable on the phones and other products in the store. He was patient with my questions and concerns. He was very upfront with all the pricing details and shipping expectations for the phone I wanted (the color I wanted was currently out of stock). My husbands phone was transferred quickly and seamlessly and he loves it! Zach made the entire experience pressure free, easy and we walked out very pleased with my husbands new phone and accessories. I swear it's rare to find decent customer care these days and Zach nailed it. Thanks Zach for all your help and getting us up to date with the new phones!

We just hit the customer service jackpot! When we walked into the Fenton store we were greeted by Annette and Max, they listened to our needs and made a few suggestions so we could make an informed decision, they set up our new phones, the t-mobile app, and made sure we were comfortable with our new phones. Thank you for everything, we will definitely be returning customers.

I had an excellent experience on 7/28! These guys and gals go above and beyond to help their customers get the service and products they need. I worked with Amir and the store manager. They helped me purchase a new phone, switch carriers, and keep my same number. They were both awesome! I couldn't ask for better customer service! Bravo!!! ?

Excellent in- store customer service. Zak wasn't pushy when I tried out the home internet for a night. Wasn't what I wanted, and Zak took everything back without a headache for me the next day. When T-mobile still charged me a monthly fee and everything I did to remediate the issue failed, Blake went out of his way and called customer service for me while I was in the store and got everything squared away. I had my refund within 24 hours.

Bryan and David (I think that was his name) were extremely helpful. I came in for a simple issue w my phone and they fixed it without any additional sales pressure. It was a relief to go into a store and just have them fix the problem, no questions asked. I will be using this location from here on out. Thank you!

Ill let you know.But did you know that T mobile and Metro T are not the same but are? That being said Blake was very nice and I might be doing business with them in the future

I was treated with disrespect and disregard even though I was trying to buy a 17teen hundred dollar phone and start a 120.00 dollar a mo. Service! Oh and by the way,I've been a t- mobile customer for 5 years!

I had a wonderful experience with Blake at the Fenton location. His service was exceptional & was so much fun to work with! He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to meet my needs. I wish all of my customer service experiences could be as amazing as this was with Blake!!

I was getting the internet through them and the person was very friendly. I took my mom to get a cell phone through them and they were very kind and patient to her so she understood everything.

Lady was very helpful, I use a walker and she helped me with door and made sure I managed the curb , oh and she solved my problem and explained it to me so maybe in the future I can fix it myself,

The manager Makalala and all employees were rude and disrespectful toward me and very unhelpful to resolve my issues. They kept referring me to go home and call customer service. When i called them, they referred me back to the store and informed me that the manager was on site and would help me. I went back to the store she was running out the front door to avoid me. All I need is a return label to mail back they defected phone and a refund of their over charging me of $136.42. Customer service on the phone informed me that I would receive a return label in my email. It never arrived. During all the back and forth I broke out in hives and missed work due to the phone not working. I I will never deal with T Mobile again. Mary D
