We met with the Fenton rep and were promised a rent to own quote the next day, but it's been 2 weeks and we can't even get someone on the phone, seems like they don't want to work with someone who doesn't pay cash.

My shed turned out awesome, above expectations. The quality is very apparent. I watched as the installers built the building and took a picture diary of the build process. Kyle at the Fenton, MO location is exceptionally great to work with, as is Meghan who is in the office, I believe in Overland, MO. I am very happy and would highly recommend them and their product. Also, the building just looks good!

Friendly and very professional. Kyle made sure I understood everything in detail and helped design the shed to match my house. Very reasonable payment plan as well. I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends.

I am revising my review after talking with the General manager. It's still not the shed we had in mind and it looks ridiculous but at least SOMEONE finally listened to us. I feel like the company really cares about customer satisfaction but this local office has some problems

Caveat Emptor. Poorly designed, unreliable delivery with workmanship lacking. Would have been better, faster and less expensive to stick-build... an abject failure of Tuff Sheds value proposition. The local people did try to resolve what they could considering what I surmised were company constraints. I will not repeat my mistake with this company in the future.Services: Shed installation

Kyle Aldinger was great to work with, helping us consider all the shed options and design a shed that worked well for us. He wasn't overly pushy about getting us to sign a contract the first time we arrived, but rather equipped us with the information and samples we needed to finalize our decisions and then place the order later in the week. The Tuff Shed online program is easy to use, the billing is straightforward and simple to pay online, and they completed the shed delivery and construction on schedule and on spec. Jeff Howard had helped us from the first day we showed up to the follow up after the shed was built. He was very knowledgeable about the product and informed us about all the options and selections. Once we finished our selections, he walked us through the permit process so we could proceed. Bottom line, Jeff was a pleasure to work with, and we would go back to him in the future. We would also recommend him to others. He absolutely gave us Five Star service!!!!

Living 10 hours away and needing to design a shed and schedule a delivery date was made easy by Mr. Jeffrey Howard at Tuff Shed in Fenton. He walked me through each step of the process. Through emails and phone calls it all went according to plan. I am extremely satisfied with his customer service. The quality of my shed is beyond what I expected. I so very highly recommend Jeffrey Howard and Tuff Shed!

This is my second tuff shed in 2 years. The first went very well. This one, not so much. Day of install they called to reschedule for the next day. 2nd day, no call, no show and no one seemed to know what was going on when I called them half an hour after their 2 hour time window. They showed up 3 days after this to install. Some things were missing and a week later they delivered them. Then I started getting calls, texts and emails that I had to sign the final paperwork TODAY. I was not happy for this urgency since they had shown no urgency and had delayed many times. Then I got an email from the finance company that my first payment is due and I have no copy of the contract or final amount due. I called my Tuff Shed sales representative and he still has not called me back. The finance company is great and they sent me a copy of the contract. Not sure why this time was so unpleasant, but might check with Home Depot if the need arises for another shed

Jeff at the Fenton location was EXCELLENT to deal with. I had a vision for what I wanted but was having trouble with the website designing the shed I wanted. I called Jeff and he took my ideas and sent me a rendering of my design and a itemized listing showing the pricing. I love that the shed is totally customizable. We went out to their shop today to actually look at the different models, colors, etc. Jeff was once again very helpful/informative. We ended up switching a couple things once seeing the sheds in person and Jeff was able to get us all set up. The sheds are very well built and actually very nice looking.
