Dodgy ATM, poor customer service! My husband tried to make a withdrawal, and the cash dispenser didn't open and dispense the cash. He went inside to try to resolve it, and was told he'd have to do another withdrawal. He was also told that the extra withdrawal situation would be handled in about 2 days, and that the funds he did not receive would be returned to our account. That was more than a week ago. We still have two debits to our account, and no deposit for the extra withdrawal. He went back into the bank today and had to file yet another claim, which is being "elevated." This is inexcusable - we should have been credited IMMEDIATELY. So disappointed with the lack of response and the ineptitude of US Bank! If they can't fix their own mistakes in a timely manner, I feel less than confident about their ability to manage our money.

How can they never answer the phone & it automatically hangs up on me telling me to call back later. I have 3 banking needs & have questions before I come in for blank checks I need. Now I'm sickef than a dog & have to come in to then wait forever for a black check instead if picking up from drive thru. Errr!!

I try not to use this Branch but it was convenient so I went there against my better judgment because I've had so many problems in the past. All I wanted to do was cash a check through the drive-thru and I was the only customer there. After an inordinate amount of time, the teller processed my transaction. As soon as I left the parking lot, I had fraud alerts from US Bank stating that the information on my account had been changed. I did not request any changes so I called the fraud department. Apparently the teller took it upon herself to change my phone number. The fraud department clearly saw this transaction and told me what happened. When I called the branch manager, she completely denied it and said the teller didn't do anything. So either the fraud department is making something up, or the manager is covering up the errors for her employees. Not really comfortable when employees try to change personal information without notifying the customer.

This bank does not take responsibility for mistakes caused by banking app. They do not make customers aware of this prior to joining the app.... however they do encourage using the app. My mobile deposited pay roll check was on hold for 8 days... the branch could not help!!! Beware the app and the bank are 2 separate groups, they do not work together for their customers.

The atm took my card and they were not able to get back I had to call the atm company myself to get it taken care of

This is the worst bank I have ever been to. I just moved here from Colorado and didn't have verification of my new address yet so they put a hold on all my money and wouldn't let me pull out a single dollar. It took me 3 days to figure out a way to prove my verification and still wouldn't let me have any of my money! He said it would take two days for the hold to drop and here I am 5 days later and still can't have any of my money. You just can't do this to people! This place is a absolute joke

The ATM says it charges a $3.00 fee to withdraw cash it actually charges $5.50 to withdraw cash.

Make appointment with US Bank is this they don’t know how to treat people with customer service. They’re not a customer service branch they are they don’t care if you all a bunch of money and you know what they say they’re gonna help you well they don’t till my adjusting to anybody who wanted to use US Bank don’t go to somebody that you think you know the bank do you have a relationship with the bank? They do not do great for a weight and ship so I’m done with US Bank in US Bank and screw it. I hope you’re reading this message sweetie you’re not done messing with me because I’m done with you

Only given one star because COULDN'T GO LOWER!!! I bank there but have problem with credit card and wanted to set up an appointment to discuss & resolve. They have an online process - supposedly - to do so but after FOUR attempts I was never able to get confirmation. APPOINTMENT COULD NOT BE MADE. So I tried calling the bank to set appointment through a person. Four attempts later (4 must be my non-magic number), not counting the disconnects - and 3 messages left - never received a call back from anybody. Next tried their 24 hour customer service number. After 2 disconnects there, I did reach a person who HOPEFULLY did make appointment for me (haven't received a confirmation email though) I think it's time to move our money elsewhere!

Do not use their auto bill pay. On several occasions now they have sent my account into a overdrawn state by submitting payments early. My agreement was every 2 weeks on Friday which is the payday. This week it was submitted on Tuesday before the upcoming agreed upon Friday. This not only over drew my account it left me with zero funds for 3 days. I spent over 2 hours spoke to a minimum of 6 people after 4 calls all I may have accomplished was a possible overdraft refund. Possibly. Do not ever agree to their auto pay.

Horrid customer service. They answer the phone MAYBE 1/10 times. They locked my card because I made a transaction in another state and then fraud dept. lost track of my number. So now I have no access to my money. I’m stuck waiting on my number to update. 3 days since I’ve updated the number and I still have no access. HORRIBLE DO NOT USE THIS BANK!!!!!!

Kind of petty ,wait for a pen in drive thru for 2 minutes to have them respond only to tell you they closed one minute ago so you can't cash your check

US Bank in general is one of the worst from top to bottom. Tried to make an appointment at this location and other for an new account. No return calls. Tried to get online access to my equity credit line account multiple attempts on the phone and in person without success. You just go around in circles from automation, to a liver person, then transferred again to the completely wrong department. All of this after entering personal info every time. Goodbye US Bank.

Terrible customer service. Client rep Shelly Gadberry basically told me they dont care if I close my accounts. I tried to meet with the Manager Amanda Smith, she never returns my phone calls. Do not consider US bank for your banking needs.
