This review is for Susan specifically. I came in one night a few weeks ago with a SIM failure. It was 45 minutes to close and there were 3 people in front of me. I watched Susan handle the people in front of me with nothing but patience, kindness and helpfulness. She made me feel comfortable while I waited and she happily helped me when it was my turn. She resolved my issue and I couldn't be happier with the service she provided me. Thank you Susan, you are a rare gem.

The location at Gravois Bluff was a great experience. We went to two other Verizon stores prior to get help with a new Google phone purchased this week and had poor knowledge and service. We spoke to Tanya at Fenton on the phone who assured us she would help. On arrival while waiting my wife observed two other employees who were being very kind & patient with their customers. She met with Tanya who took the time to look and listen and did figure out the problems & questions we had. She also observed a display that showed a very generous donation to a local animal shelter and they were currently hosting a can food drive. Highly recommend to all.

My experience at Verizon on Thursday was enjoyable and absolutely amazing. Susan is an outstanding Verizon employee. I couldn't have had a better experience. No way, no how. Thank you for Susan.

Susan was amazing!! We went in with an iPhone 11 on someone else’s line, trying to combine with my boyfriends line on a galaxy 9. She was able to put me on his line, add unlimited data and we both got new phones!! She helped us transfer stuff over and even called customer service to get extra help!! Highly recommend!!

Zach worked with us and was tremendous the entire time. He was helpful, knowledgeable, funny, and easy to work with. Zach deserves a raise because he's a great employee who should be kept as long as Verizon is able to keep him.

Spent time to change over to Verizon and there were difficulties with our last service. Zach and Steven were incredibly helpful and patient with us. They had to stay late with a problem. They were cheerful and very kind.

I had an unfortunate incident with my phone and had to make an emergency stop within an hour of the store closing. Zach was very patient and empathetic while we had to get a new phone set up. I also didn't think I'd be able to retrieve my photos and videos. My old phone turned on briefly towards the end of the sale, and Zach made sure everything important got transferred over. He made a stressful situation less so. He also got me set up with insurance which I didn't realize I did not have! Very good experience.

Best manager I have ever met!!! So smart and super helpful. She helped me with the switch from AT&T to Verizon. Found me the best plan and phone for my lifestyle!!! Even recommended extra gadgets that would be super useful for me being a business owner. Hands down, that lady knows her stuff and had the best personality ever!!!! Will recommend THIS Verizon store to everyone I know because of her!!!?

Easy to talk to and quicker than I expected it was to take up my day. 10/10 I’d shop again.Hey everybody, I get it when a place just has a random 5star rating and it seems doubtful.But I do hope that you guys could humor me in this honest review?: my experience with this specific store was improved greatly with my interaction of staff. The obvious fact is that their job is to sell products and to be as friendly as possible to strangers. I cannot stress enough how important it is to me to brag about their personability, how patience and “professionalism” they showed on a stressful day. For me figuring out how to set myself up on a new phone is more stressful than it probably is for an average person ?. But everything I asked (even stupid questions) were answered with regular common terminology and lingo. I didn’t feel like I was being treated like a little kid. Wasn’t rushed to buy, or make commitments.The learning curve of the iPhone 13 not having a home button, ugh. No joke they had a print out cheat sheet on the subject!?The three employees who were just regular people and helped me was Tanya, and Zach. Even Susan exchanged a little chitchat about product design of mag safe tech that I haven’t ever used before.I actually purchased a new iPhone 13! The last model I had was a iPhone 7s. I actually had problems with the microphone not ever picking up on myself or others calling me…? no joke- had to use blue tooth earbuds for voice recognition, voice chats, asking Siri verbally, etc. happened overnight out of the blue after an updatet. Rip .Tanya was the first person to help us (husband and I) with buying/ordering my purchase. We came back to the store on another day to pick it up and set up. But Tanya wasn’t there that shift. Even though she was the one with all my set up information and paperwork, Zack was available to help me. He basically started where Tanya left off, due to her notes saved that very first day.Thanks to you guys at Verizon .

5 Star service! After over 20 years of being a faithful AT&T customer, I finally had enough and made the switch to Verizon. Susan and Zach were amazing! They made the process of switching our entire family over easy and went above and beyond to help us get the best deals. They both stayed late to help us and were patient and kind. Thank you so much!
