The Walgreens app wouldn’t open and the manager states there is no way to get the discounted price without the digital coupons. In this day and age I would think there would be a work around.

Went to get one prescription with The only two people working behind counter. One was on the phone and the other person was waiting on the
drive through and the counter. Then discovered another person who was the manager pumping milk for her baby. What happened to customer service. I asked the manager were was the help and she said that was all there was. I don't see a pharmacist either. I waited for a long time. Very sad!!

DO NOT USE THEIR PHARMACY!
I work at a prescribers office, tried calling a medication in for our client. First, they claimed there was no file for our client even though they’ve picked up medication several times that we called into this EXACT location (which was confirmed several times). After setting up the file and calling in the medication, the pharmacist rudely hung up on me before we were done because she “didn’t have the time”. Called back and got the run around several times. They claimed I never called, and again they didn’t have a file for my client. Got hung up on again, and when I called back as soon as they knew it was me they’d put me on an extended hold, then pick up here and there to put me on hold again. They claimed on several accounts that I never spoke with them, and nobody in the pharmacy remembers speaking with me; even though it was minutes before. This medication for my client is life or death, and my client was out of it. All of these people in the pharmacy need to be fired and the Pharmacist needs their license revoked. I have NEVER encountered such unprofessionalism in my life. I even got to the point to having a co worker and our manager try to call in this prescription and they all got the same run around today. We wasted nearly 2 hours with this pharmacy today because they couldn’t do the jobs they were hired for, or have a care in the world to be a professional in their field. Our client literally could have died because of their inability to do what they’re paid to do. Thankfully we talked our clients into going elsewhere. Absolutely awful.

Reading the other reviews, I can see that walgeens doesn't respond to reviews and probably doesn't read them. BUT I want to understand why they went from small insert with prescriptions to many, MANY pages of printed mterial. What a horrible waste of paper, especially for patients with recurring prescriptions. Ive read them, i dont need to receive them over a over again. I had 6 prescriptions refilled last month and came home having to throw away about 50 pieces of paper. (NOT an exaggeration). Nowhere on app to change settings to opt in for digital prescription literature.

pharmacy never lets you know when there are any issues with medications and have no customer service. Always have a problem trying to get medications from there.

Was caught off guard with a higher than normal prescription cost after the first of the year did a quick search on GoodRx, and it still said the same price so I went ahead and paid. After getting home and doing some research came to the conclusion that greedy walgreens was the highest by far out of everywhere. While doing my research, saw that Amazon offers prescriptions delivered to your house. Walgreens charged me $90 with insurance and Amazon had the same exact thing for $14. I switched all of mine and my family’s prescriptions today to Amazon. They lost eight customers just with me from overcharging. Ridiculous that they are the highest by far and it’s not a small difference.. Unfortunately, Amazon is eventually gonna shut you all down if you don’t get it together..

If zero stars was an option I would have picked that. Do not go here or send your prescriptions here unless you want to waste hours of your life. The worst service and place and even talking with the pharmacist and manager they were extremely rude. No one knows what is going on or is properly trained. First time ever leaving a google review to help others save their time and stress

WORST WALGREENS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!! DO NOT GET YOUR FLU SHOT HERE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! 2:30 appointment. Walked out after waiting over 40 minutes! Absolutely ridiculous!!

I've noticed a lot less workers in the store and checkout can take awhile longer. Got my flu and Covid shot with an appointment and it took over an hour. The person giving it was walking around in the pharmacy area looking confused. Didn't inspire much confidence in me he knew what he was doing
