Prescription filled incorrect came back next day waited in line 5 cars ahead of me get to the window and I was told they were going to lunch come back at 2 I live a half hour away they didn’t care so called and spoke to the manager told her about my frustration she didn’t have anything to say except 1:30 to 2 is there lunch time no apologies for getting prescription wrong or my inconvenience I told her that maybe that’s why the store is rated at a 2.6 out of 5 and I won’t be doing anymore business there.

The pharmacy staff today was ridiculous. I stood in line for 10 minutes to pick up a prescription. There was only one person in front of me. When it was my turn, Sorya allowed another customer to cut in front of me to pick up his prescription.

On the way home from the doctor with 3 rx and Pneumonia . The tech said about 15-20 minutes. While waiting another tech Sariyo reached out to me showing Compassion and empathy. She asked if there was anything she could get for me. As a retired business owner I can tell you this young lady is a real asset to your team. Keep the joy shining.

Very boring. Never had stuff in stock. They did bad at the medication station where you had to see a doctor. Waited AN HOUR! Or more you never know how long. And they didint even help me.

I’ve had many problems with this Pharmacy. I was told four days ago that my prescription would be in today one that you cannot go off of without being sick and when I called today, they rudely told me to call other Walgreens. I will be transferring all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy more than likely not Walgreens. Very disrespectful and no bedside manner. When I did reach out to the one off of Watson Road, they were equally rude to me. I would give it zero stars, but we all know that you cannot.

Pharmacist was incredibly rude. All patients waiting for prescriptions were complaining about the customer service. It was a first time fill for my child and we will not be returning.

Dropped off photos to be processed. I was told they would be $22 per roll and be processed in a week. It took almost 6 weeks to process my film and cost almost 3 times as much. Also the camera department never had dedicated staff, so the single cashier was forced to split time between serving the main register and photo department.

Terrible service from this walgreens at the Bluffs. Many items on shelves were labeled as OTC but were not when cashing out at register. Shift manager was very unprofessional by acting as if she had better things to do. She insisted that we were wrong until she tried it herself. Because of her actions, I do not recommend Walgreens at Gravois Bluffs.12/30/2023 approx. 8pm

Drove out of my way because the website said they had a product in stock, and when I got there, they couldn't find it. The store manager was like, "Oh well, that's above my pay grade." Even though they had other products like what I was looking for, she decided not to do anything to compensate me for my effort. It even took her a minute to think about apologizing for the fact that the website said they had it, while she had no clue as to why. I guess they gave up on customer service training in the management course for Walgreens. Would have preferred to shop at a small mom and pop pharmacy had they not put them all out of business in this area.

Worst pharmacy! you call they tell you one thing then when you get to the store they say another and blame it on a call center. And you can complain all you want and they never do anything about it!!
