As much as I love this location for having pretty good stuff I’m no longer going to go here. I’ve came twice with my kids & experienced racist remarks. There was a Hispanic in front of me that didn’t speak Spanish and the two employees just made fun after they left and was talking about the customer not knowing English. And than I had a return and the employee or manager said I needed an actual ID just assuming I probably didn’t have one. Nope. Never again. They need to do better & get better people to work there. Grow the hell up and treat people right.

Even though there were like 3 registers open today, it still took longer than necessary, I don’t know if everyone just got a cart full of items or the cashiers were just taking their time, and by the other reviews it might be the cashiers. The cashier on register 5 today needs some more customer training, we walked up and didn’t get a greeting, which I don’t mind but it’s the fact that I said thank you TWICE and still didn’t get a response is crazy😂 not saying you have to talk during the whole transaction but just ignoring the customers is an issue.

They do not check bags at the door but definitely was watched , monitored and followed to the exit door by security. I literally hate the North County shopping experience .

Never cashiers, so the line is always long. You have to wait 30 minutes or better to even check out. Customer service is terrible. They see the line long and don't try to call for help, or just won't hire enough employees for help.

I come here out of its convenience, so since cashier is on her phone and she's the only cashier I won't after to today it's a line of 10+ customers with 2 loss prevention make it make some type of sense.
