Hi!
Just wanted to say these guys take great care of your vehicle. I brought in to the shop on a Moday Feb 3 and had my Jeep back on Friday Feb 7th. Not only did they take great care of my Jeep they fixed all the damage, they details cleaned my vehicle and got it back to me super quick. I will be back if I end up in another accident! BIG TIME THANK to the team at Complete Auto Body and Repair!

Really really slow. Accident in February. Back ordered parts, but didn't get finished the first time until August. Didn't fix everything broken. Didn't communicate that unrepaired items were because Ins Co wouldn't cover them. Didn't give us option of paying for them ourself until I came to pick up vehicle. Second attempt to finish car was unsuccessful, but I just gave up on them. Delivered finished vehicle to me dirty both times. For almost 20k in ins co and my money, I would think they would deliver it in pristine condition. No pride in their work. Just wanted the insurance company money in my opinon. Stay Away, Far Away

My car was repaired by Complete Auto Body & Repair on 4/2/24. I was completely satisfied with the work that was completed on my driver side door. I am NOT however, pleased with the hail damage that was left on my car while in the possession of the shop. As a customer, I entrusted you to keep my vehicle safe for an entire week to fix the issue with my car.
While we as humans, don't have control over the weather, it would have been the RIGHT thing to remove the hail damages from my car since you don't in fact offer any garage holdings or covered shelter for the cars that are in your possession while being repaired.
When I called to express my concern, I was told that I would need to file another claim with my car insurance company, (Keep in mind they just received a check from them of a little over 4K, and 1K from myself due to my deductible). You collected a little over $4,900 and didn't have the human decency to call and inform me of the hail damage to my car.
This not only show your true character, but your lack of unprofessionalism, and concern is extremely repugnant. This company has an unnatural allegiance to NOT exceed my expectations, especially as a first time customer. I wasn't even offered so much as a handshake, but the receptionist greeted my credit card expeditiously.
/24- I did receive a phone call from Kevin, and he was very kind and apologetic. He agreed to try and make things right. I appreciated this.

I was so impressed with the Complete Auto Body and Repair on 3776 Pershall Rd. My vehicle was repaired quickly and they did an exceptional job. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends!! Customer service was great as well. They were professional and kind.

Once again I had to have my car repaired due to it being a Kia and they keep targeting it. I returned to Complete because I had such great service there. I do appreciate Rob texting me everyday day with updates.

We brought in a repair with damage isolated to one part of the vehicle and it took two months to repair. The biggest issue with that was I got daily progress checks saying we're working on it and it will be done Friday only to get a text like clock work saying there was an unforeseen delay it will be done next Friday. Two months is a long time to go without needed vehicle made worse by the half dozen doses of dashed hope. When I asked if they had anything to say for themselves expecting maybe an apology I got hostility.
