Wonderful customer service, clear that they have expertise, not over-serviced or overcharged. This is my second experience with this Meineke location in Ferguson and I could not recommend them more. Update: another positive experience with Meineke Ferguson 3 months after original review. Their mechanics have expertise, they are straightforward with you and their prices are reasonable (especially in comparison with the dealers' repair facilities). I trust them and will continue to trust them with my service in the future.

I called in for a quote on replacing my heater core, got the labor hours and the quote so I brought my car in. Later that day they sent me an itemized quote, which was twice as high as the quote that made me drop off my car. It went from 6 hours labor, to 10 hours labor. The dealer price for the heater core went from $112.00 to $375.00. Not the $750-850 quote was now $1,495.00! I told them to stop and don’t do the work, and had to pay $80.00 for them to tell me this, to get my car back. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to ANYONE WHO NEEDS ANY REPAIRS TO THEIR VEHICLES PERIOD!

Fixed one thing and broke another. My fault for choosing this over a dealer with actual professional mechanics. The front desk clerk kept walking away talking to the mechanics clearly distracting them. It's a shame because this location is mostly African American, and you try to give an environment like this a chance, but the stereotype here remains true and it's best to go to a more professional area and environment. Too bad ?They ended up breaking my dipstick and later I got called by the owner Kevin and he told me he thinks they can get the broken dipstick out. So I came back and they had my car sitting for 4 hours with no answer. So when I came to retrieve my car, the guy lost my keys and told me I did not hand my keys to him!!! After 10 minutes they found my keys and I quickly left. This place needs to be shut down because they clearly don't know how to run a business. It's wrong how blacks don't get an opportunity to own a business, but when you see places like this you understand why they don't. Unfortunate shame. ??♂️

I had an appointment for an oil change for 8 o'clock didn't get checked until 10. It was almost noon when I finally left. I will never go here again. What's the point of making an appointment and it take 4 hours because they don't everything needed for my oil change?
