The customer service was also very fast even though the place was PACKED with almost no room to move. The price is the only downside but the Black Friday sales were incredible, $128 pants for $59 and so many more deals. Will be shopping here again.”

She truly went above and beyond to help me (even though it was my mistake, which is what true customer service is all about). Buckle in West County is beyond blessed to have her. Buckle should be proactive in keeping her and strive to make all new employees resemble her totally. I will no longer go to any other Buckle besides this one. 5 stars is not enough for my experience.
