When I walked up, I was the only one in line and there were five people behind the counter, standing at computers, and all five looked at me and continue doing whatever they were doing on the computer and took their time coming to serve me. The girl who came over, walked slowly as I was interrupting whatever they were doing.

LIARS DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. Fool me once shame on me fool me 2X... I'm never going back.Lied 2x about my prescription being sent over. Lied about needing to get approval from my doctor's office when they had JUST called me to let me know they have talked to someone there so they could fill it. They had to ask me 3x if I wanted to pay the full prices for my meds. yes, make some feel worse about it NOT being covered and I have to have it. And THEN LIE to me saying it will be 10min. I went and did all of my shopping to come back to " well the pharmacist stepped out" only to see it filled 2 HOURS LATER. thank God I left. I have cancelled that RX their and will never utilize thereservices or that schnucks.

They are incredibly hard to get a hold of and they take forever to do everything. I needed to talk to a pharmacist to get my prescription transferred over but calling is basically useless. I understand that some places are busy and there can be a wait for calls, but the amount of time I've spent on hold is ridiculous. When you go in person be prepared to wait behind the counter for at least 20 to 30 minutes, even if your the only customer there, to talk to a pharmacist.

This is the WORST CVS pharmacy I've ever seen. The employee are monsters they ALWAYS have a bad attitude and are extremely disrespectful. They talk to you in a horrible manor and always snappy. I hate it here ?

I got out of the hospital today. They called in three prescriptions, including 2 (essential for treatment) antibiotics. They weren't ready in time to pick up on the way home so I waited till this evening. I was there at 8:23, they were CLOSED, 37 minutes early with no warning. This is after we called them twice to see if the scrip was ready. HORRIBLE SERVICE! They said on this website that they were open until 2100 (9pm), and that the times were updated November 26, 2021. I hate this pharmacy.

I like the employees but everytime I call for my meds it’s either it will ge ready in a hr or I just put it in when my dr called it in 10 days ago it should already be filled I go threw this each and every time, but it’s alway in the black area never the white area frustrated

The worst pharmacy ever... Slow, try to charge you when there shouldn't be a charge and constantly messes orders up.. Terrible ?
