All way problem once the lobby was not open at 2 p,always just one drive through lane,today it took 40 minutes to get through,plus,the ATM machine was not working on Friday,5/20

They don’t answer the phones and they are slow as ever . I don’t understand why they don’t answer the phones when they have only drive they open !

Their drive up Teller is rude. Arrived at 4:01 stated they were closed after I eat there for 5 minutes. Their hours state they are open until 5 to drive up. Ghetto location

They need to upgrade their computer network. The branch is good but the bank seems to be going downhill overall. Simple things like ordering checks aren't so simple. This leaves the people that work here in an uncomfortable and unfair situation.

They wanted my ID to put in CASH. Why do you need ID's to put IN money? I understand taking it out but how ridiculous can you get? I'm just about done with US Bank. I'm tired of dealing with stupid polices.
