I have been going to this pharmacy for about 3 years because its location is convenient. I got the same medications every month for over a year. The attitude of some of the staff as well as their inability to listen to your concerns is frustrating. It's reached my tolerance threshold.They have never apologized when, for example, I called in the morning and the tech said my single medication (which I identified clearly) will be ready the next day in the afternoon, only to find out after arriving to pick it up that the correct script was not sent in by my doctor. They had almost 2 days to find out about the script problem and let me know, so it shows they hadn't worked on it at all by the time I arrived the next day an hour before closing and asked for the medication that they told me would be ready to pick up. I could have contacted my doctor directly to fix the problem (or they could have via e-script request). Notably, it was not busy at all. Mine was the only car in the drive-through, and I could see inside. There was one customer at the counter and no line. I was trying to stay civil but could not help feeling angry.Now it is Saturday evening, and I cannot reach my doctor until Monday to simply request a script refill. I did see my doctor within the last month. The lack of apology (which would have dissolved my negative feelings) and the attitude (body language and voice of both the tech and the pharmacist) that I was some kind of whiner was the final straw. I'm going to another pharmacy, with another company.

Set up two appointments for vaccines back to back and when we arrived, the pharmacy was completely shut down. You confirmed my appointment by text, you could have cancelled my appointment by text when you knew there would be no one there to administer the vaccines. This isn't just a staffing issue. This is poor management and a lack of respect of your customers and their time.

we ended up moving all of our prescriptions to a different pharmacy because any time you come in, any day of the week, it is, at minimum, a 25+ minute wait at the pharmacy. it seems like they've been understaffed for almost five years now, and there's always a line going through the aisles.

this Walgreens pharmacy is the worst I've ever been. you can never get a hold of them by phone, and when you try to do express pickup, they tell you there is only 1 line even though there is clearly a sign inside advertising express pickup, as well as in the app. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

This became our main pharmacy in late 2019. Nothing but problems. They have told me prescriptions that have been active for years suddenly do not exist. They have shorted us pills. The amount of times they have been confrontational and ignorant when questioned, has become once too often.

Add additional employee s n the pharmacy department to add n a slight quicker pick/up .also being sure to include all available scripts @ time of pick up. I have no transportation. so my visits r few n far between. whoever within those attendance area would be welcomed n I will volunteer any time u need such. experience d n lighting, t.v broadcasting, so forth. I am a survivor of multiple troubles my life n need to find my way hopefully @ the feet of JESUs. I HV no fancy clothes. for I recently am under growing do to regaining need life back. I'll put w teen n give testimony. i believe my short non violet, nor tainted tongue will b use if u could us a coucrler

Highly unprofessional pharmacy staff. They are openly talking about a customer who apparently is not a fan favorite. When dealing with the public I t's a given that you'll run into someone who gets in your nerves. In those situations be the professional. Speaking of professional, the appearance of the pharmacy staff doesn't instill me with confidence that they are such individuals. The cackling (not laughing) by one tech in particular is uncalled for. Seriously, settle down. I received a receipt with a number to give feedback. They will certainly get that along with some suggestions on staffing changes.
