Sure it’s fine if you want new service. Unfortunately those that have service already and need work done on products will be told to go home and call ATT. I took my daughter’s IPad in and they tried to sell me everything under the sun and ignored my complaint until the end. After wasting 20 minutes arguing I was told to call att and have them fix my IPad.

My husband and I went into this store looking to upgrade our phones a few days ago. We were helped by an associate named Christian who was wonderful! He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He helped us pick out the phones best suited for our needs and made the whole experience quick and painless!

My service seemed fine until I received my bill. I spoke only with a manager each time I went in or called. I was assured I would receive credits for a trade-in program. Instead I received a bill for almost $300 over what was agreed upon. I also spoke with the manager about it and he saw there were issues with the order, promised to call me back that day, never has called me back. I called this location again and ended up having to call corporate help who said never use this location. As a business, you should NEVER use this location for setting up or purchasing phones. Only go into a corporate office.

The sales woman, Lexi has been over the top helpful and knowledgeable. She is pleasant to talk to and very, very helpful. I've been in many AT&T stores before, and she, by far, tops the service beyond words. You need to keep her, get more like her and give her a raise.

This store is by far the worst cell store I have ever done business with! They lie to get your business, and then when you try to get things straightened out, the manager won’t even come out of the back to talk to you or even try to work things out with you! Then further more being told more lies by the workers that were running back and forth from the front to the back to ask her( the manager) questions and come back and insult me and tell me lies! Just give you the run around every time you go in to try and resolve any issues! I would run from this store and the miserable excuse for a manager that they have running this playground they are trying to call a store! Find a corporate store, I worn anyone, do not patronize this store, you will end up regretting it if you do!! They have stole my 3 phones and never honored my trade-ins and never gave me my $2400 dollars of trade-in credits when I up-graded!!

Store was great signing up for new service however I later got a email from AT&T they had upped me on the service plan I signed up for and that was like pulling teeth getting that straightened out even with the paperwork from the store

They sold me a business plan saying it's going to be better.I've been given a 500 dollar bill they told me I didn't have to pay. Now my cell phones are canceled and I can't reach this store.Liars!

I wish AT&T offered better home internet plans. Currently they offer only the Internet 25 plan, which is the same price as the unlimited 300mbps plan for those who live in the city. But not only do they only provide 25mbps of speed in the Festus area, there's a data cap of 1.5TB.I really would have preferred to use AT&T for both mobile & home internet services, but the internet plan they're offering isn't worth switching.
