I went to this branch to take care of some fairly simple paperwork and was sent away without help. I was told I need to call BoA, as the local branch computer system was different than the national system. What is the point in having a local branch if they can't help with a simple task? They made no offer to help me make contact with the BoA entity I needed to talk to.

I made a several changes to my account and my account got froze. Due to the type of changes made, I had to go to an actual location and have it unlocked. Given that Bank of Americas fraud department is excellent and has helped me out tremendously in the past when I was being scammed, I couldn’t really be upset about it, as they as protecting my finances. When I attempted to go to the first location 45 min from my home, they only had 2 employees (one greeting and figuring out client needs, and the second at the teller counter). Needless to say, they didn’t have another person available to help me. I was initially a bit upset, but realized, they are only 2 people and were doing everything they could to help clients. The lady at the door offered to set me up an appointment at a location nearby, and called them to do so. In the time that I was standing in the bank, I heard so many people complaining, cussing, and being blatantly rude to these ladies for not being able to do more than what they were. But these ladies remained calm, kind, and continued to greet the next client with a smile on their face, regardless of the way people were berating them over and over for not having help. I’ve been in customer service for 25 years and like to consider myself great at it. But I don’t think I could’ve handled the situation these ladies were in with even half of the professionalism and kindness that they did. I unfortunately didn’t get their names, but it was yesterday, Friday, June 2nd. I wanted to come on here and commend these ladies for holding it together and maintaining their professionalism through what I imagine was a very rough day. Please give these ladies a raise, and at least a mani/pedi coupon.

This location has the rudest laziest workers. When I went to the Arnold location I discovered everything they told me they just weren't able to do was a lie a d I got all I needed done at the Arnold one no problem at all. So thanks Arnold Lizzy!

Been calling this bank for over 2 weeks and no one has ever answered the phone not sure why or what's up but this isn't right at all. Needed to speak with them about some very very important stuff and my uncle lives 45 minutes away and is 76 years old and can't make the drive so please take it in to some consideration and answer the phones please..workers at this location are not good workers at all..

The manager at this branch is incredibly rude. I’m sure she is stressed by BoAs policies that are cutting every possible cost and causing great inconvenience to clients. However, her confrontational attitude only makes an unpleasant situation worse.More importantly, in my view the real problem is this…increase in CEO compensation while dramatically decreasing customer service. Shows where the real values are.Bank of America CEO Brian Moynihan had his 2021 compensation boosted by $7.5 million, the bank's board of directors said in a securities filing late Friday. The Boston-based chief executive was awarded $32 million in total compensation in 2021, compared to $24.5 million the year prior, an increase of about 31%.

No one ever can answer a phone call. Heaven forbid you go inside for customer service. All they do is hand you a phone number for customer service and say that’s all they can do! This place is a joke!

I know this location is closed a lot and closes early which sucks but I know they're understaffed and that isn't the tellers fault. I'm only rating the tellers five stars. Honestly always been great when I've gone in fot something.Do they need more staff? Yes!!Do they need hours past 4pm? Yes!!!!This is the only location anywhere near us still open do please staff this better.

An ok location for banking only due to the convience of the location however they do not have the number of employees needed to be able to service those who bank here. Their business hours are short and the /ATM service is a pain.

They require to make appointments for unnecessary things. I have a court order and stamp seal by a judge documentation to finish up estate account proving I am the legal representative.They wanted to make book a appointment for a 2 min review of a document when I need to withdraw money requested by estate lawyer.Drive through looks to be still closed and they’re closed on Saturdays.I went to this bank with my legal documents TWICE and they had zero issues taking my estate checks but when I needed to WITHDRAW they were making go through loopholes for less than 5 min review of my legal documents stating who I am. (I literally have two legal docs and it would take them less than 5 min review) BUT NOPE you gotta have appointment!They literally do everything to make it difficult for the customer to get things done. The reviews are obviously true and they have a reputation throughout the town for poor service.
