“Commerce Bank people are pleasant and eager to work for us. The only problem I have is the difficulty in getting to one of them. One has to get used to listening to the phone ring on their end, and hope someone will eventually answer it.”
“I always receive excellent service at the Festus branch. Shelby Sims has been awesome to work with, she is eager to help and is an asset to FSCB. I closed an account due to the convenience of another bank in town (hours work with mine) and when I arrived at the other bank they gave me a hard time and I had the exact documents that were required for this particular kind of account. I left there and called Shelby and it was NO PROBLEM at all. She got everything set up with the same papers the other bank said weren't sufficient. She goes the extra mile and its greatly appreciated. Thanks again.”
