“Google hours show they are open on Saturdays. They are definitely NOT open on Saturdays. Close at 4:30pm during the week. Almost impossible to get there for those who work full time without taking time off of work.

We were at a national Bank for years, we we're just a number, and when we wanted to speak with someone, we were ushered into a room, then the person picked up a phone, called someone, put it on speaker, and left. We were left with a phone and someone we did not know, couldn't see, and didn't know us or our needs. We moved to Vantage because they are local, they know us, our family, and help us with our needs. They are extremely friendly and helpful. We get great rates and very personal service. If you find a better banking system anywhere, I'd love to hear about it, but I won't hold my breath.”

“I always receive excellent service at the Festus branch. Shelby Sims has been awesome to work with, she is eager to help and is an asset to FSCB. I closed an account due to the convenience of another bank in town (hours work with mine) and when I arrived at the other bank they gave me a hard time and I had the exact documents that were required for this particular kind of account. I left there and called Shelby and it was NO PROBLEM at all. She got everything set up with the same papers the other bank said weren't sufficient.
