“Took my 2016 Mustang GT convertible in to Reuther Ford for a couple of recalls. Everything was great except the one recall required an item that was not in stock at Reuther or any other dealers within 30 miles. They were able to get the item at a dealer located about an hour away. This added about 2-1/2 hours to the process. Overall, everything was great except the extra time it took to get the work completed.”

“The staff is very friendly here, is close and convenient, and they get me in and out quickly. I did have a flat tire one time, which was completely out of their control, but they still went out of their way to fix everything. I recommend them and will continue to use them.”

“Gavin is truly the MVP at this location! He is always so friendly, never gets flustered even when they are like 7 customers deep and cleaning cars on the fly. I get rental cars for work a few times a month and I never have any issues with pick up even with a little wait. Everyone here is kind and gives great customer service I’m lucky that considering I rent cars so often it’s from such a great team!”
