Store my trailer there. Over winter the gate was left open and my trailer was stolen. Wasn't notified even though the owners noticed it gone over a month, continued to charge me dues even after dealing with the theft. Do not recommend leaving your things here.

The staff was pleasant. The pricing was a bit high for a tiny space. Then they increased it. Only complaint with the unit was the insulation continuously fell from the roof.

I have few if any issues with this storage company, with the exception of pricing. When I opened my unit (10x12 I think), the rent was like $89.00. A couple years ago, it was up to $146. Under the "new owners," it's now going to $156 in Aug. 2024, and that's inexcusable (almost double what I used to pay). While we're experiencing inflation at the grocery store, it's slowly coming down post-pandemic. Typically, when one is buying a "service," price increases are paired with improved or added benefits. I am seeing nothing "added," except profit for Comb's to a long-term tenant (2007) in a non-climate-controlled unit. I will be focused on emptying out my unit in the coming months, and closing it ASAP. There are MANY other storage options that cost less.

Before the new management took over, this was a place I would have recommended. They seem to have cared about what customers were looking for in a rental. Use to have 24-hour access, now there is not.
They charge you insurance whether you want insurance or not. I had arrangement for set for payment date, was not honored with new company.
They said they were doing things to get more business, well here you go. "Business" vs. "Business Personal". Use to recommend this storage place, would not anymore. One of the many downfalls was no longer having 24-hour access. 20+ year customer.........

I have been a customer for almost a year. The office staff is always available to help when I forget my code. I like that I can go to my unit any time of day. I have received reminders to check for flooding in my rental unit when we have had torrential rains but have never had a problem with water getting into my unit. I did however take precautions to put things up on wood pieces. When the building was built they had that in mind putting in extra levels of concrete. I had recommended Combs storage to friends and family and will continue to do so.

I'm paying over $200 a month for a 10'x25' unit. The same size unit just a few units down from mine is $143. I asked if I could get the current pricing. I was told I'd have to move everything to a new unit and pay rent on my current unit and the new unit, effectively renting two units, to get the cheaper pricing. That's absurd. My other complaint is the access hours. Since new management took over, it's no longer 24 hour access. I work on call often so I'm often responding to calls in the middle of the night and it's impractical to carry every tool I might possibly need for every type of call I might possibly get so I keep them in my storage unit. Now I can't do that. I rented a unit here BECAUSE they had 24 hour access. Otherwise, it's great. Clean, friendly staff, secure.

Price, location, property grounds and units are decent compared to similar places. The service isn’t the best though. After talking to the entire remote staff because nobody tied to the property was reachable I won’t use again if needed. Kudos to the sales team though as they were the only ones able to get things done. I was informed it’s under new ownership and will hopefully improve things in the future.
