STAY AWAY from this company!! First off we were not there client but the buyers of our home were and their loan officer put wrong date down for closing and we were not informed until 5:oo pm the day prior to closing and we then lost our 875.00 deposit on our movers and my husband then had to take off a Saturday because that was the next available day we could get the movers to move us which cost us loss on his pay on a Saturday and then the house we moved into the electric was turned off on the day we were supposed to be moved in and the refrigerator freezer defrosted and ruined the hardwood floor. This company refused to give us the 875.00 we lost in our moving deposit!. They said we should of handled this the day of as the buyers were the ones to be responsible for any reimbursement. But yet we would not of known the other damages the loan officers negligence caused. They clearly don't care about responsibility! Or making things right when they make a mistake!!! I will tell everyone I know about this as there are so many of these companies and this one is not a an honest one so take your business elsewhere!
