I went to another nail salon and they messed my nails up AWFULLY and was so rude… Mindy was so kind and helped fix their mess up when she did not have to. She was gentle, kind and cared about her work precisely. I am so thankful. I am so happy with my end results!!!!

My daughter and I loved how our nails turned out. But the older lady that works there is extremely rude. Won't be returning to this place.

If 0 stars was a choice I would give it that. Rude, unprofessional and unsanitary. I seen them reusing tools and equiptment and not cleaning stuff between clients. Do not recommend

Worst experience I ever had at a nail salon and unprofessional results. I came in with my daughter to get French tips done it was 2 ladies working. My daughter was not asked the length of what she wanted they just cut them down. Also she left her sitting for 40 mins while another person came and got a whole pedicure. I simply asked when will she be done and all I got is well it does take an hour or more to get your nails done. I had to get mine done and she finished my daughter’s nails too. Me on the other hand asked for square/round and it’s not what I got. Only one top coat on each hand , no cuticle oil or nothing. Let the picture speak for it self. The lady who did my nails never asked why I was not happy and the other one simply ignored us took more customers. They don’t care about customers only money and it cash only no debit/card. I paid full price and did not tip loud and proud. Please think twice if u go to get yours nails done here. Everyone deserves to love what they paid for it’s simple.

UPDATE!! I just called them to ask what kind of acrylic was use, as my fingers are peeling….. they refused to give me the name of acrylic and hung up on me!
Would give ZERO stars if possible. I usually do my own nails, or go to a close friend. This time I was in a hurry and going here was more convenient. The design on my nails did look okay but the acrylic application was minimal. There was no apex to my nails, and they felt like they were just going to pop off.
As tonight I’m taking them off because I cannot wear them to work, I realize the way they are coming off is not normal. I messaged my normal girl and sure enough it’s MMA acrylic and it’s actually ILLEGAL!! It took over 3 hours of soaking and filing to get off. This is unacceptable….
On top of that, I thought it was odd that they only accept cash.

2 stars because my nails did look nice, but the experience was less than desirable. The woman I had was rather rude, and seemed inconvenienced when we were there, even though we had an appointment. She didn't communicate, give us any options of the pedicure offered, I had no massage with mine, and yet was charged the same as my niece who had a significantly better experience with the other woman, and a better pedicure for the same price. I'll not be returning to this location.
