I usually get Costco prime cut brisket. I tried John's Angus select and is the best brisket I have ever smoked.

So far so good, I would and have recommended John's to friends and even went in on some large orders. Service is wonderful and the meat is delicious. The store has a very warm feeling of being welcomed. Great seasoning I love the garlic butter and Applewood smoke...omg..Velita
