Great service, we never lost connection through all of the ice and snow this past week. Our Dish was out for a full week during this time, glad we had Lightwave for internet so we could watch TV!

I highly recommend this company for WiFi Internet. We run a lot of WiFi devices in our home and have never had any issues whatsoever with the speed of it. I feel like the price is excellent for the package that we got.

Chris had set up an appointment for 9:00 am today so I get to the property at 8:30am and waited until 10:00No phone call, no message. I called four times before reaching someone that told me that the guy said oh it is on the dead side of the lake so we can’t put service there anyway. It sure would have been nice to hear from you instead of taking off work and waiting for a no showI am a business owner and if I treated my potential customers this way I would not be in businessCommunication boys that is all!!

We have used lightwave for about 6 months now. Matt and his team have provided excellent service through our the set up process and now the ongoing service. They are proactive and let us know when there may be a problem and want to check in. The communication has been excellent throughout. The initial set up took a long time, but that has nothing to do with the company itself. It had to do with tower hook-ups which were out of their control. They were on top of it and constantly letting us know what was going on with the set up. We are happy we waited and are very happy with the service and look forward to continuing with them.

One of the best WISPs I have seen, great speeds, unlimited data, it's not satellite it's wireless. still needs an antenna on the outside of your house which is no big deal. Overall a fantastic company!
