Cigarettes are $20 cheaper here than DeSoto Missouri. Gas prices are very competitive to the others. We love it. 02_06_2023

No price shown , sign had tarp over it .Wouldn't accept my rewards # , pumped gas while standing in 2" of water , no receipt at pump , so got no rewards points, got wet shoes , then waited in slow line to get my receipt , then tromp back through the water

This place is supposed to be open late at night… They have been closing very early at 6 PM… What’s the point of receiving a gift card if they’re never open so you can use it.

The gas station in Festus Missouri is supposed to be open until 10:30. It’s been the past couple days that they are closed before 9 pm.

I am 30 years young, about to turn 31. I have been a long standing customer of Murphy USA since the year 2004 when I was 15 and my siblings and I would walk to Walmart and stop by for a drink for the walk home. Since I started driving, I only ever got gasoline at Murphy USA. When I became of age to purchase cigarettes I have only bought my cigarettes from Murphy USA. Not only are they fair with their prices and the cheapest in town, they're customer service and associates have always been spectacular and they have gone out of there way to provide excellent customer experiences for not only myself, but others by recognizing their loyal customers and getting to know them and anticipating their needs. All of them except for Andrea. I have never had a pleasant experience interacting with Andrea. For someone who has seen me several times over the course of her employment, has seen my ID well over 100 times, she has always interacted with me in a patronizing manner. Tonight was the worst interaction I have ever had with her or anyone who has worked for Murphy USA and represented this company (my longstanding favourite gas station). I am appalled by her persistent need for the gratification she gives herself by personally making me feel inferior. Tonight, after a long day of family fun and not stopping at any other gas station for my Marlboro Reds 72s, I finally make it to Murphy with my girlfriend and her child. I approached the window to get my smokes and purchase drinks for everyone. Immediately Andrea, who does recognize me as she's seen me weekly since she's worked at the Festus location, goes in to her patronizing behavior and is (as always) seemingly upset that I am at her window. My girlfriend gets out of the car to choose the drinks she wants for herself and her child. She tells me she also wants Cigarettes. I tell Andrea what I will be getting, but also that there would be drinks. Andrea responds that she needs to see both of our ID's although I am the one that is making the purchase. Though my girlfriend was not intending to stand in line as her child is in the car, we both attempt to comply with Andrea's request. I open my wallet and cannot find my ID in it. I inform Andrea I have to go look for it in my car to which she rolls her eyes, so I respond that she sees me weekly and knows my age and if it was too much of an inconvenience for her for me to step out of line and locate my Driver's license that I had two other forms of identification, in reality I had 4, to which she snaps would not be a valid form of identification claiming I would have to pay her fine for not IDing me or my 30 year old girlfriend. So as I was going to do prior to her obvious annoyance that I would be leaving the line and our items there to wait, I go to my car and proceed to locate my ID. My girlfriend had returned to the car to find hers and then helped me locate mine. With my ID in my hand I walk to the window to show Andrea what she already knew because she immediately turns to get the cigarettes before I get back to the window and without checking the same ID she's checked 100s of times. I hold my ID up and inform her once again she knew me and my age, but I was no longer going to purchase the items as I had enough of her patronizing me every time I have the misfortune of interacting with her. She immediately interjects to say, "oohh good" and as I continue to explain how appalling her behavior is compared to the other employees representing Murphy USA, she proceeded to act like a child by putting her fingers in her ears and repeatedly saying that she could not hear me. When I continued to speak, respectfully, and state I would be filing a complaint with her supervisor and the corporate office, she hears me then and responds, "oh good she'll be here tomorrow morning" continuing her unnecessary unprofessionalism. As I proceed to return to my car, she storms out of the workstation mouthing profanities over having to put our drinks back and overhears me informing my girlfriend
