I am a every day customer there and the kid they have working at night Kyle or Kyler is always very rude. I asked for a carton of cigarettes he said they didn't have any then 2 seconds later he pretty much yelled at me with an Attitude saying we didn't have any. While I heard him the first time. My wife and I go to this store every day. May be time for a change. Worst customer service I have ever received

Went on my break as they were doing the registers or whatever and Instead of telling me that the lady yells “WE’RE CLOSED” If you’re closed then lock the door. Rude & unnecessary. Red hair & overnight employee.

Their gas pump got stuck in my truck. It was my problem. Whenever maintenance got there they'd do something, until then, my problem. Horrible management.

On the Run in Festus, Missouri is operated by a host of incredibly classist, transphobic, rude people who threaten to prosecute every homeless person, poor person, or hungry person who comes through their doors. That specific location also has their bathroom plumbing set up in contradiction to code, with no hot water to either sink, and the soap is almost always empty. avoid these places unless you literally have no other choice.
