This place denied service on 420. Said online orders only, but there able to make sandwiches right in front of my face?

Walked in and was asked if we had a online order, not hi welcome to subway or anything. Told the kid we did not have a online order and was instantly ignored and stood there for 10 minutes while the person at the cash register just stared at us. This is the second time this has happened, manager needs to retrain the employees and teach them customer service skills

Everyone was really friendly and sandwiches were fresh and tasty!! Restaurant was very clean we will be back!!

Immediately, walking in my sister and I were not greeted and the atmosphere was tense. We instantly felt like a problem to the entire. The young lady who started our sandwiches was just downright rude! She kept asking “what do you want” “what does she want”? First of all, she was not at all masking how much didn’t want to be there in her tone of voice, and second, I’m a grown adult perfectly capable of ordering for myself. Shortly after we arrived her friends followed suit, and nearly the entire time we were in there, they had a conversation right over our heads. It was very uncomfortable! Nobody in the store was trying to hide with their faces, or tone of voice, how much they didn’t wanna be there. The young lady previously mentioned was also very rude to a customer with an online order. She had come in to pick up her order, and while she was standing at the counter the girl behind the counter very rudely told her that the order had JUST come and she would just have to wait until the line inside was gone, then before the online order left, the employee stood there, clearly visible, shaking her head, widening, and rolling her eyes. The woman with the online order handled that situation with such grace (I could never). The young lady at the end who checked us out, didn’t seem to know what she was doing, she kept asking if it was our sandwich, but had random bags of chips and drinks on the counter when my sister initially walked up to check out. The overall experience was just terrible. I cannot stress enough how much I will be avoiding this location like the plague.

Don't recommend this if you are a takeout person I was told we don't count by the employees and their online orders comes first which those customers which they aren't there, we the takeout customer are made to wait or don't get to

Spent a half an hour waiting for three sandwiches and a salad because they were only taking online orders. There were four workers only one guy was actually making sandwiches. One girl even walked out in order to talk to someone. Even then I checked my sandwiches and they forgot an item on a sandwich. Then I look at the meatball Marinara and there is no sauce and the meatballs look burnt. Only one employee that I encountered deserved a job in any type of establishment. The rest of them should seek employment as the village idiot.

I recently went to the Festus subway. I had placed an online order which was fairly large. When I got there they said my sandwiches were done but I would need to get my sides and get all my drinks and I had even given them an extra tip to have it all ready for whenever I got there cuz it was just for a pickup it wasn't for me to have to fill the order. I do not recommend the subway to anyone.

y’all leaving bad comments obviously never worked fast food industry, they close down early sometimes because it is needed, and the toaster is off sometimes to at 8:20 or around there because it’s almost closing time, stop complaining whenever you chose to go in the store late. if it is that much of a problem say something to the staff please, please please please do

this place is great, they’re out of bread sometimes in the afternoon because it gets so busy and the bread has to go through a process in order to be baked right. everyone here is a good person, and at times they make mistakes but they always are there to redo an order or get what you want. if there is a problem it’s most probably because the customer is being a little ignorant or rude. but the usual customers love it here. the prices also are out of their control and it’s not their fault your 6 samdiwch order cost as much as texas roadhouse family dinner.

There is an African-American teenage or early 20s female that works there that has a HUGE attitude problem. 2 times I have witnessed this with this employee. You can completely tell that I was "wasting her time" when I wasn't sure what i wanted. It only took me 30 seconds to figure it out but since I didn't know as soon as I walked in the door she didn't like that. If I see her again I will turn around and walk out and find somewhere else to eat.

I think the store manager Needs to show up in the evenings. 3 times I've been in there and been met with attitudes from teenage employees. I stood and listen to 3 of them while waiting on customers bash the manager and other employees that were not present. One employee sitting in a booth with I guess was her boyfriend that looked like he just crawled out of a hole, cussing and yelling back and forth about the manager to employees that were waiting on customers. Go else where if manager is not present!
